HANDS OF HOPE       ROOMING HOUSE

People experiencing homelessness face many different challenges, often all at the same time! The Hands of Hope Outreach Program helps veterans and non-veterans in the community who are at risk of homelessness. Through a variety of programs, services, and referrals.

In addition, clients who have begun the transition from our programs are encouraged to maintain contact with Hands of Hope through the Outreach Program for as long as needed while they continue their transition to independent living.
